Roswell, GA, February 5, 2024/– NovelVox has officially become an Elite partner with Genesys, thanks to the exponential growth in annual revenue and booking value between the two firms. The announcement comes prior to Genesys’s introduction of new AppFoundry partner tiers: Developer Partner for AppFoundry Partner, Accredited ISV Partner, and Elite ISV Partner for Partner.
Genesys says the new AppFoundry tiers are instituted in order to better align their strategies with partners and improve the experience for everyone involved. The new tiers for partners will come into effect from February 1st, 2025.
